Privacy notice
This notice explains what information this website collects and how Devpier LLC uses it. It is written to be plain and accurate rather than a legal certification.
Who we are
This website is operated by Devpier LLC, a U.S. company based in Texas. You can contact us about privacy at waqas@devpier.net.
Information you choose to send
We do not run user accounts or a Devpier-owned customer database on this website. Information reaches us only when you choose to contact us:
- Discovery-call booking. Bookings are handled by Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. When you book, Calendly processes the details you enter (such as your name, email and any answers you give) and shares them with us so we can hold the call. The scheduler is only loaded when you choose to open it. Calendly’s handling of this data is described in Calendly’s privacy notice. Discovery calls take place on Zoom, which processes meeting data under Zoom’s privacy statement.
- Email enquiries. The enquiry form on this site does not send anything itself. It opens your own email application with a draft addressed to us, and your message is only sent if you send it. Email you send us, directly or through the form, is stored in our business mailbox and handled by our email provider.
- Career enquiries. If you email us about engineering work via the Careers page, we use your message and any links you include only to consider your interest and reply. We don’t publish them or share them outside Devpier.
How we use it
We use the information you send only to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold a discovery call, and continue a business conversation you have started. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website itself. If you open the scheduler, Calendly may set its own cookies as part of its service.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation or any resulting business relationship, then delete it when no longer needed. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you have sent us by emailing waqas@devpier.net. The third-party providers named above (such as Calendly and Zoom) also keep data under their own policies and offer their own privacy controls.
Changes
If the services used on this website change, we will update this notice and the date above.
